Take a Bao with Japanese Nikuman and a Wee Bit Irish Green Tea Noodles
Spring winks with a flower or two, but winds still wrap the bones with chill.
So, thank goodness for the cousin to Chinese bao, Japanese nikuman meat buns.
St. Patrick’s Day is also around the corner.
Fun fact: The St. Patrick’s parade in Tokyo (my hometown) increases in size and popularity every year!
